What We Offer

RVs at Smitty's

At Smitty’s Lodge, we offer RV connections to provide our guests with more options for their stay. We have two RV connections available with 30-amp power and three spots with a 110-volt connection. While we do not have direct water connections or dump facilities, you can easily fill your freshwater tank before parking and make use of our clean shower house. Please note that the maximum length allowed on our 30-amp site is 30 feet, while it’s 20 feet on our 110V sites. Additionally, we have a designated area for parking motorcycle trailers and/or trucks after you unload, ensuring that you have a safe and secure spot for your vehicle.

Whether you prefer the traditional camping experience in a tent or the convenience of an RV, we’ve got you covered at Smitty’s Lodge. With our RV connections and designated parking areas, you can enjoy a comfortable stay while still being close to nature. Absolutely the best campground I have ever stayed at! The cabins are roomy and comfortable, the grounds are clean and beautiful! The shower house was super clean and well stocked with plenty of hot water!! The coffee station has everything you need! The picnic area is of great size! The owners are incredible people and they went above and beyond for our huge biker meet up 4 day event!

Stayed here while riding the SM500 and out of 4 nights this was our favorite place by far! I’d give it a 10 star if I could! The owners have thought of everything! We stayed in a 2 twin bed cabin that was equipped with a fridge, microwave and boot dryers. Linens and bath towels were included. Nice large fire pit and covered motorcycle parking at each cabin. They have the cleanest bath house I’ve ever used! Woke up to a help yourself coffee pot which was nice! They had grills, community pavilion and motorcycle work station. Ice and beer on site.. couldn’t ask for anything that wasn’t already there! Will definitely include Smittys next time we ride in the mountains!

As a rider that travels long distances on a bike with a tent, the one thing I look for is a campground with primtive campers in mind. This is the place for real bikers as well as trailer travelers looking to hit the tail of the dragon. Spacious camp sites, welcoming facilities (far better than state park camp grounds I usually hit), and a family style staff that appreciates and recognizes the strain of 500 miles a day on 2 wheels. I have not tried the cabins but from what our neighbors say, they are great. This is truly a campsite where I can kick back with like minded folk and rest up. The community beer fridge is also a VERY APPRECIATED service. They rely on the honor system at night. If you stay here, please return the favor to keep this place thriving. I will go out of my way to return to this site.

My 1st time here and will be back the next time I'm riding in the area. My tent site was level with plenty of grass, a picnic table, fire ring and chairs, so I didn't have to unpack mine. The bath house was clean & warm and with nice hot showers. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Smitty's is one of those hidden gems that caters to the motorcyclist. I loved the nice cabins. They sleep from one to four guests. The cabin I stayed in was for a single occupant, very cozy and comfortable, just right for my needs. Mini fridge, microwave, A/C, boot dryer and riding gear hangers are included. And a towel for the shower. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the GSM area.
